Courtney Marquard is a New York based editor and assistant editor.

Her editing work has been showcased at 20+ international film festivals, including New Faces New Voices, HotDocs, Portland Film Festival, Loft Film Festival, and New York Shorts International Film Festival, and has been featured online at Girls in Film, Labocine, and Bureau of Creative Works. In the branded space, she has edited content for clients like Adidas, Puma, and The New York Times.

As an assistant editor, her credits include Mark Mylod’s THE MENU and Ari Aster’s EDDINGTON.

In both 2023 and 2024, she was invited to be an assistant editor at the Sundance Director’s Lab, and accepted as a 2024 BAFTA connect member for emerging filmmakers.

She is 1/3 of @girlsinfilm_nyc, where she programs local screenings and events.
